The coast

The port of Lorient and Morbihan's sandy beaches are just 30 minutes away. Lorient has 5 ports to visit and there are boat trips around its large natural harbour. Ferries sail from Lorient or Quiberon for the beautiful islands off the coast of Morbihan. The historic maritime town of Port Louis is home to the museum of the East India Company. The little sea of Gâvres is an ideal place to observe sea birds.
